Hello! My name is Chelsi Shaw. I am a portrait artist currently based out of Daviess County, Indiana.

The most important thing I want to share with you is that I am an artist. I love seeing the world through the lens of my camera and capturing special moments in time that become cherished memories. I have several years of experience in other art mediums, including dance and theatre--as an actor, a choreographer, a set designer, and a make-up artist. My years of stage experience has taught me not only how to light your "stage" correctly from a technical stand point, but also how to highlight your best physical qualities in your photographs. While working toward completing my degree as a photographer, I spent much time enhancing my understanding of how an artist must utilize color and light in creative ways to create and capture the perfect picture. It is my hope that in bringing my experience in all these mediums together, I can create for you beautiful photographs that you and your family will cherish forever.

Currently I am an on-location photographer, which enables me to take photographs of you and your family in a setting that is comfortable for and meaningful to you, and which will be visible in your finished product. I will travel up to 30 miles without a fee.
